Delete Item Transaction Defaults
The Delete functionality allows you to permanently remove obsolete or incorrect transaction defaults from Oracle. This is a critical step for maintaining clean data after warehouse re-slotting or item discontinuations
To delete a Item Transaction Defaults, the ‘Transaction Defaults Upload Action’ column value must be “Delete”.
To delete an existing Transaction Defaults, More4apps recommends downloading first to ensure all relevant data is downloaded to the sheet.
Once the desired Transaction Defaults records are marked for Delete, upload the changes to Oracle.
The “Accepted” status in the ‘Transaction Defaults Status’ field indicates the Transaction Defaults are successfully deleted from Oracle.
Deleting a transaction default does not delete the item, the subinventory, or any on-hand balances. It only removes the "shortcut" logic for that specific transaction type.
