Delete Trading Partners

To delete a trading partner, the ‘Trading Partner Upload Action’ column value must be “Delete”.

To delete an existing trading partner and their associated entries, More4apps recommends downloading the trading partner along with their children first to ensure all relevant data is downloaded to the sheet.

The sections on Trading Partner Items and Trading Partner Item Relationships can be deleted.

Deletion must follow the correct sequence:

  1. Delete Trading Partner Item Relationships

    • Remove all relationships associated with the Trading Partner Items.

  2. Delete Trading Partner Items

    • After relationships are deleted, you can delete the Trading Partner Items.

Once the desired trading partner sections are marked for Delete, upload the changes to Oracle.

The “Accepted” status in the ‘Trading Partner Item Status’ field indicates the trading partner items are successfully deleted from Oracle.
