Subinventory and Locator Associations Integrator

The Subinventory and Locator Associations Integrator allows you to efficiently manage the association of items with specific Subinventories and Locators within Oracle Cloud Inventory Management module. Using the Excel-based interface, you can perform bulk uploads to define where items should be stored, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and picking processes. The Integrator communicates with Oracle Cloud through supported Oracle ERP Cloud REST Web Services.

The Integrator is designed to support the following core business actions:

  • Bulk Association: Assign multiple items to subinventories and locators simultaneously, bypassing the manual one-by-one entry in the Oracle UI.

  • Data Validation: The Integrator performs real-time validation against your Oracle cloud setup to ensure that Item Numbers, Subinventory Codes, and Locator segments are valid and active.

  • Update Existing Records: Modify existing associations, such as changing par settings, Sourcing or storage attributes, directly from the spreadsheet.

  • Delete: Safely remove existing Subinventory and Locator Item associations, provided there is no quantity on hand for that specific combination.
