Sales Orders Integrator
The Sales Orders Integrator can be used to view, create, update, and delete sales orders in the Oracle Cloud Order Management module. The Integrator communicates with Oracle Cloud through supported Oracle ERP Cloud Web Services, allowing for the creation, retrieval, and modification of Sales Orders (SO).
The Integrator is designed to support the following core business actions:

Create new Sales Orders, including lines, and Additional Details (EFFs).

Download existing Sales Orders based on specified criteria. Unable to download Additional Information (EFFs) in the current version.

Update eligible Sales Order fields, such as delivery details or line quantities.

Delete Sales Orders that are in Draft status
When creating or updating Sales Orders, the correct use of Upload Actions is required for a successful upload. The table below outlines when Header and Line Upload Actions must be provided.
