Create Limitations

We are unable to create Holds at the same time as Invoice creation using the Holds and Releases Integrator. However, this functionality is available in the Payables Invoices Integrator.

Currently, we are unable to download Holds information in the Payables Invoices Integrator however you are able to download Holds information using the Holds and Releases Integrator.

Invoices can be downloaded using 'Invoice Source' as download criteria in the sheet and the form however, this can only be done if the 'Invoices' Download Source is used.

By downloading data using the 'Invoices' Download Source, the records that come back will not have Hold information on them. A second download using the 'Holds' Download Source, based on the invoice selection on the sheet, will need to be performed to retrieve the invoice’s Hold information.
