Upload Journals

Once you have entered all your data on the sheet, your journals are ready for upload. There are two options:

  • Prevalidate the data to check for errors before uploading.

  • Upload directly to the GL Interface Table.

If the upload is successful, the Header Status will display as ‘Pending’ (refer below). The journal batch is now ready for import into Oracle General Ledger (refer to Submit Journal Import Program) .
