Close Lines

To close a line the following is required (the following example assumes the user has downloaded an existing purchase order):

  • Order Number.

  • Enter close action in Line Upload Action column

  • Line Number

  • Line Close Reason (optional)

When there is only one line on the purchase order then the entire order will be closed.
