When updating purchase orders, as opposed to adding new lines to them, there is no requirement to use the sub-section Upload Action columns. The main use for these columns is for adding new lines to purchase orders where the Upload Action value should be set to Create.

Purchase Orders with an Incomplete Status.

This process is the same as above except that the Change Description/Change Reason and Change Order Party must be blank.
