When updating purchase orders, as opposed to adding new lines to them, there is no requirement to use the sub-section Upload Action columns. The main use for these columns is for adding new lines to purchase orders where the Upload Action value should be set to Create. |
Purchase Orders with an Incomplete Status.
This process is the same as above except that the Change Description/Change Reason and Change Order Party must be blank.
