Importing Job Roles (Optional)

All More4apps products use Oracle webservices meaning they respect the Oracle security model.

This final page allows you to import predefined, custom job roles that contain the recommended Oracle privileges for the More4apps integrators to function. This step is highly recommended for getting started but is still optional.

The privileges in each Role can be reviewed under the 'Getting Started > Integrator Privileges' section of the associated Module user guide.

Oracle does not allow the deletion of custom job roles. Please keep this in mind when importing roles.

Importing

Importing the More4apps Job Roles will create a role per Integrator you can assign to users.

Actions:

  1. Click the click the Import button to begin the import of the Job Roles.

  2. An Import Process pane will appear with an import status.

  3. Use the refresh button to check the progress of the import until completed.

    1. If any errored statuses appear, refer to the Troubleshooting page.

Once the import is complete, a confirmation message will appear. Your More4apps server-side import setup is now complete!

The Import does not assign roles to users, you will need to assign them in the Oracle UI, see the Assigning Privileges page for details.
