Verifying BI Reports

After logging in, the Utility Tool automatically opens the BI Reports page and checks the status of your instance.

Depending on your setup, one of the following results will appear.

New Module Install or BI Reports Need Updating

This screen appears when the utility cannot find the More4apps BI Reports on the instance, or when you have BI Reports already installed but the your Module requires newer reports.

Action:

  1. You will need to Import the BI reports provided in your downloaded zip file.

  2. Follow the Steps listed on-screen to import the latest BI Reports into your Oracle instance. For in depth instructions on importing BI Reports see the Manually Importing BI Reports steps.

  3. After completing the import in Oracle, return to the Utility and click 'Verify' to recheck the BI Reports.

  4. BI Imports can take time to complete, keep using the 'Verify' until the status updates to the All BI Reports Exist page. Then you can click "Next" to continue.

BI Reports are backwards compatible. Importing new reports will not impact other users or existing functionality.
