Importing BI Reports
After logging in, the Utility Tool automatically checks what is currently installed on your instance. Based on your setup, one of the following results will appear.
New Module Install Detected or BI Reports Need Updating
This screen appears when the utility cannot find the More4apps BI Reports on the instance, or when you have BI Reports already installed but they need updating for your new Module.
Action:

You will need to Import the latest BI reports via the Utility.

Click the Import button to start the import process.

If the Import fails to complete, you can retry and the import will continue from where it left off.
| BI Reports are backwards compatible and won’t impact other users using older versions, provided they are not manually deleted from the instance. |
If you require manual importing, or run into any issues, you can manually import the BI reports following the instructions on the Manually Importing BI Reports page.
All BI Reports Exist
All required BI Reports are correctly installed and up-to-date, an no further work is needed for BI Reports.
