Assign & Verify

As the last step of the installation process, once all Profile Options and Job Roles(if desired) have been installed on your instance, they need to be assigned to the users of the Module(s).

The below are the two areas where assignment may apply. Review each section for steps.

Profile Options

Profiles can restrict access to functionality or products and in some cases are needed to enable download functionality in integrators.

  • Steps Required - The Profile Options that were imported with the utility or manually created need to be assigned to the user(s) on your instance.

Assigning Privileges

Our Modules use Oracles webservices, these require specific Oracle Privileges to function. Where a user doesnt have the needed privileges they will be prevented from using the Integrator(s).
